As a teacher you are a professional and you represent your school and the administration of your school. You're expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and as a role model at all times. The administration will be watching how you manage yourself, your students, and your classroom. They will use what they see to interpret your success as a teacher.   • To Turn in reports and paperwork on time
  • To Be fair and equitable in dealing with students
  • To Assist students with disabilities and make adjustments for their success
